Classic album that highlights Harry Connick J. s ability to interpret timeless songs in a fresh way. One or two songs from the disc won't do; it needs to be played in its entirety. The movie was great and the CD conveys the mood of the film. After seeing Harry in concert over multiple decades and listening to his fantastic music over the years, somehow I still reach for this over many of his other recordings. Some others are more accomplished piano jazz, some are more enveloping "Big Band" experiences, and some are more experimental. But to just sit down and enjoy the music this album remains hard to beat.
