Dianne Reeves is the eponymous studio album by American jazz singer Dianne Reeves from Detroit, Michigan. It was released in 1987 through Blue Note Records. Recording sessions for the album took place at Mama Jo's and Le Gonks West in Hollywood, California. Awards in several categories are presented at the ceremony annually by the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences of the United States to "honor artistic achievement, technical proficiency and overall excellence in the recording industry, without regard to album sales or chart position".
