Who Listens to the Radio" is a song recorded by Australian rock band The Sports. The song was written by band members Stephen Cummings and Andrew Pendlebury. Released in October 1978 as the lead single from the band's second studio album, Don't Throw Stones (1979), the song peaked at number 35 on the Australian Kent Music Report. The song was released in the United States and peaked at number 45 on the Billboard Hot 100 in November 1979 and appeared in an episode of WKRP in Cincinnati.

The album provided Cummings with his only Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) Award, winning "Best Adult Contemporary Album" in 1990. For his fifth solo album, Good Humour, Cummings returned to his earlier dance and funk sound from his Senso album, using a backing band of Barnard, O'Mara and Nick Smith (ex-Kevins) on backing vocals, with additional session musicians from Sydney jazz outfit The Necks, and Robert Goodge (I'm Talking) on guitar, drum programming and co-production (for two tracks). Formed in the mid 1970's Sports were a popular live and recorded Aussie band who scored several hits at home and abroad. The single that really broke through for them in late 1978, was 'Who listens to the radio' a catchy and upbeat stomper that cracked the Top 40 in Oz and Top 50 in America. The great legacy of this band was the solo career of lead singer Stephen Cummings, but also the considerable talents of both Andrew Pendlebury & Martin Armiger who would both forge successful careers in writing & producing as well as performing.
