This list consists of albums or songs that have been considered the worst music ever made by various combinations of music critics, television broadcasters (such as MTV), radio stations, composers, and public polls. A piece of music needs to be notable, popular, or memorable to be deemed the "worst ever", or it would be unlikely to top all-time public polls a few years after it was released

The Crusades were a series of religious and political wars fought between 1096 and 1291 for control of the Holy Land. Christians understood the Crusades as a path to salvation for those who participated. Like the wars against the Muslims, these conflicts were promoted by various popes in Christ’s name and led by crusaders who took vows and received special privileges and indulgences. The enemies of the Church in Europe included people who were not Christians.

The Crusades were a series of intermittent military campaigns in the years from 1096 to 1487, sanctioned by various Popes. The Pope responded by calling Catholics to join what later became known as First Crusade. The series comprises a one-shot special entitled The Crusades: Urban Decree (which introduced the characters and premise) and an ongoing series, simply titled The Crusades which ran in comics cover dated between June 2001 and December 2002. The series was set in a fictionalised San Francisco and featured a large cast of characters whose lives are thrown into disarray by the sudden appearance of a murderous 11th Century Knight in the city.

The Crusades were a series of religious wars between Christians and Muslims started primarily to secure control of holy sites considered sacred by both groups. The bloody, violent and often ruthless conflicts propelled the status of European Christians, making them major players in the fight for land in the Middle East. This marked the beginning of the Crusades. Pope Urban’s plea was met with a tremendous response, both among the military elite as well as ordinary citizens. Those who joined the armed pilgrimage wore a cross as a symbol of the Church.
