Does anyone know if this has been mastered for vinyl properly or is it just another case of a CD put on a record? Can't find any information on the MOV website that's relevent or useful.

it sounds fantastic, you can assume all you want but i've never had any problem with any release from them

This album was never originally released on vinyl so was only ever mastered for CD. If it had been remastered for vinyl, that would be worth mentioning but they don't so can we assume they've just used the digital master originally cut for CD production? They might not use actual CDs as masters but if it's going on vinyl, it needs to be done properly to be worthwhile.

As per their FAQ on what masters they use: We use the best audio available to cut our records. We receive and use different kinds of masters: analogue tapes, original metal parts, lacquers cut from analogue tapes and high res digital files 192/96khz/24 bit. Music On Vinyl does not use CD's as masters.
