Reviews (1)
“This Russian group produces sound whose origins are obscured and processed almost beyond recognition, creating new timbral landscapes. At times Body Vehicle sounds as though they use voice, saxophone, violin, guitar and drum machine, but their sounds are so far removed from their sources that they sound like new instruments entirely. Their visceral intensity recalls John Zorn, their angular variations recall Karlheinz Stockhausen, but really they sound like nothing else out there. bodyvehicle’s raw experimentation sounds like the chemical hybrid of free jazz and noise.”
