A Hundred Thousand Welcomes is Runrig keyboard player Brian Hurren's solo project. He released his eponymous debut album in March 2011 on his own label 100 Thousand Records. Written, arranged and produced by Brian, it was recorded almost entirely in his home studio in Falkirk. A collection of 9 heartfelt, emotional and uplifting songs, it tracks his journey and love of music, announcing a fresh and strong new voice on the Scottish independent music scene.
