Grey Light Shade is the Ethereal Ambient project created to be the outlet of personal dreams and esoteric visions from Randal Collier-Ford. Light and Shade is the fourth studio album by Norwegian new wave band Fra Lippo Lippi. It was recorded in Los Angeles, California and produced by Walter Becker (of Steely Dan fame). Following the success of the 1985 album Songs, Virgin Records had the band work on a follow-up album with the US as its intended target market. The first single "Angel" received moderate airplay on a radio station in Los Angeles.

Light + Shade is a two-disc record album by the English musician Mike Oldfield. It was the first album to be released by Oldfield following his signing with Mercury Records. The album was released on 26 September 2005. Some of the music on these CDs was originally released, with alternate mixes, on the soundtracks to his virtual reality games, Tres Lunas and Maestro.
As is his custom, Oldfield plays all the instruments on Light + Shade, as well as handling most of the recording himself; several of the selections from the album became part of the score for the virtual reality games Maestro and Tres Lunas.
