Issued in 1956 as Columbia ML-5105, coupled with Colin McPhee's Concerto for Piano and Wind Octet. This issue was still being listed in the Schwann Catalog as of September, 1970, but must have disappeared soon after, as the coupling was reissued in 1973 by Composers Recordings, Inc.
