The Salmon Arm RootsandBlues Music Festival is proud to partner with Thompson Rivers Student Union to offer 4 TRU Students the opportunity to work with us during the festival. In exchange, each student would be expected to work a minimum of 32 hours for the festival and be on the grounds August 15 - 18th.

The East Coast Blues and Roots Festival in Byron Bay is one of the largest music festivals in the country. It's held each year over the Easter weekend and this year it ran from Thursday April 8 to Monday April 12 - a whole 5 days and nights of fantastic live music by some of the world's best and most popular blues and roots musicians. The challenge for ABC Radio National's Live On Stage crew was to record on two stages simultaneously without the use of the radio OB Van (which was out of service)
