Founding member Kris Dweeb brought in his little sister Lara Dweeb on K. .yboards and found John Dweeb dancing like a mental at a gig. A bidding war at the majors soon began and within 5 months of forming they decided to sign to Blanco Y Negro, WEA Records and MCA Publishing. Their 7th ever gig was opening the NME stage at the Reading Festival in 1996. They went on to play again in 1997 and played the last ever Phoenix Festival.
