I'm Still in Love with You is the fifth studio album by the American gospel and soul singer Al Green, released on October 23, 1972, on Hi Records. Recording sessions took place during 1972. The album was produced solely by Willie Mitchell.

Album · 2015 · 1 Song. Why I Still Love You. 4:19. Released: 23 Mar 2015. More By Promise Land.

The story has all of the elements of a good romance novel-steamy sex scenes, conflict, love and a happy ending-but it is still fresh, original and unlike any other romance novel I've read recently. While the love story and the hot sex scenes feature prominently, the story also focuses on Maggie and Hunter's emotional journeys as they attempt to overcome their respective emotional baggage. I often find characters in romance novels to be difficult to relate to, but the characters in Command Performance are easy to relate to, understand and love

The second volume of ZYX's Best of Breakdance and Electro Boogie is a decent compilation of electrified R&B, old school rap, and electro singles - all of which were released during the '80s. Call these songs kitschy and goofy all you want, but when it comes down to it, most of them still stand up considerably and force anyone within earshot to dance

Tina Jackson's vocals were great on "I Still Love You." Have either of the two songs on this disc ever been released on CD? If so, please provide any info that you might have (name, label, etc.) Thanks!

This 7" is an edited short version from the 12:06 min Breakdance version from the Command Performance EP. The EP also features a 6:36 min vocal version of Breakdance.

this is indeed a really nice electro funk 7". not really electro, more pure funk with vocoder. and yes, stuff like dwayne omarr-this party jam packed has a similar style. so if you like this tune you also will like the command performance tune. the label says 1985 but it sounds earlier, like early 80's funk. there is also a LP mentoined on the label "a command performance" but i never saw that LP. To the 7Inch, i dont know if this is really rare, the gold label appear sometimes on ebay, theres another pressing with the same versions on it but a different label (blue/white label) witch i also have in my collection and have the cooler look imo. I only saw this blue/white copy 1 time in my life, so i guess its the rarer issue. edit: blue/white label photos added

I have the gold version - which has "promo stamp" on it so maybe the blue release is a second issue of this record

I added the Command Performance LP - better we call it EP - with 4 tracks today. It contains 2 versions of Breakdance. The 7" single is an edited short version of the 12:06 min 12" EP Version. The EP contains also a 6:36 version of Breakdance with vocals (not only vocoder) and "Let's dance", also written by Charles Mitchell.

so it would be nice if you could contribute it, I really like this record so it would be cool to have all the pressings in the data base ;-)

A really boombastic Electro Funk 7inch! Pure Vocoder Style, trust me when I say maximum fresh ! Wonderfull Vocoder sequences, really love that one. Old School Style music...a little bit in the style of "Dwayne Omarr-This Party is Jam Packed" or "Pyramid Plus-Comin' at ya". In any case super fresh....PeaceFab
