Interview With The Vampire ~ Soundtrack. Elliot Goldenthal's score perfectly captures the mood of the film, from the opening notes of "Libera Me" to the reprise of "Born to Darkness" at the end. He builds on a few basic themes, adding excitement to the mix with the high-intensity "Louis' Revenge" and "Claudia's Allegro Agitato. One of the original vampire tales before they became part of our every day culture.

Elliot Goldenthal's score to the Neil Jordan adaptation of Anne Rice's Interview with the Vampire is appropriately gothic and romantic, and works well as its own entity. The only fault is the poor decision to include the tacky cover of "Sympathy for the Devil" by Guns N' Roses.
