Goodfellaz is competent, but not outstanding, blend of hip-hop beats, Latin-tinged rhythms, and urban production. The Goodfellaz try too hard to make an impression, and wind up oversinging much of the material on the record, but occasionally they are teamed with a song, such as the single "Sugar Honey Ice Tea," that makes their histrionics convincing.
